"My experience with Jeff and Matt have been nothing short of a blessing. In most situations yo have to haggle with the sales staff, get approval from the sales manager and wait forever for someone to make a decision.
I called and asked for a sales person, who I asked for a price "out the door". I was given exactly what I asked for and the proce was $700.00 less than the best price I could find. I asked to have to bike ready for me to see and was told that the very next day it would be ready, and it was.
Jeff was extremely helpful and very fair. Matt was very experienced and his knowledge was very diverse. I would highly recommend this Dealership and have already started telling the people I know about Chenango Import Motors.

"I purchased my first atv from chenango imports 9 years ago when they were still on commercial drive. I liked the service and I returned in the summer of 07 and purchased an 06 cbr 1000rr. The staff was very helpful in regards to getting all of my "needed" accessories haha. I'll keep going back in the future for services and parts, and maybe eventually a new toy."

"Thanks for your professional additude with our purchase of a shadow aero. It was nice to shop at your business for many reasons, most of all you weren't pushy. It was nice to meet the owner and have her treat us like we are human instead of just another number/sale. The only complaint I would have is that I thought the bike could have been detailed{cleaned} a little better. Allthough it really wasn't a big deal because the weather wasn't all that great when I picked it up, BUT it still is nice to see a shine instead of dust. Over all I did enjoy shopping at your store and would definately purchase from you again. Thanks for the friendly service."

"I have a 1982 Suzuki motorcycle and i needed to get the old girl inspected,called two local dealers.They both said i would need an appoinment and couldnt get me in until next week.Called Chenanago Imports in service on saturday am i got my bike inspected by noon.Thanks for your help A+."
